CLARK’S OYSTER BAR
The second location of Clark’s opened in the former Little Annie’s space in downtown Aspen in 2018. Clark’s Aspen has become an Aspen institution for all things seafood including freshly shucked oysters, crudo, lobster roll, daily fish specials, caviar and blini, and bowls of chowder and cioppino. Inspired by the New England Coast (with a nod to a few California classics), Clark’s features a warm and intimate dining room (including a centerpiece fireplace), bar and marble oyster bar popular for apres ski cocktails and a Gruyere-topped burger. Long, lazy Champagne-filled lunches and bustling dinners are favorites with both locals and visitors alike. Featuring an open kitchen and an Alpine version of Clark’s dockside aesthetic (think showcase fish tank, leather booths, and wood furniture and skylights), Clark’s is open for lunch and dinner, seven days a week.
